This mural depicts one of the most poignant events of the Civil Rights Movement, and it took place in South Main. The mural is based on the famous photograph by Richard L. Copley of the The Sanitation Workers Protest March on March 28, 1968. The artist uses modern graffiti style to bring the image to a modern artistic view point.
